How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $40 and $7.99 on orders of $40 and up. That's the cap! Order one thing or ten, and shipping won't exceed $7.99. Jax approves of this math.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every item is made to order, just for you! Please allow 2–5 days to create your product, plus an estimated 7–14 days for delivery. Good things are worth waiting for, and sometimes the anticipation is part of the fun! Jax, however, would like his treats immediately.
Why are my items arriving in separate packages?
Different print partners make different items, so your goodies may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive at once! They're simply taking different routes to your doorstep. 📦
What if I order the wrong size?
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, we can't offer traditional returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes, color choices, or changes of heart.
But we want you to love your purchase! If you have a sizing mix-up, email hello@furpawlife.com within 21 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may be able to offer partial store credit or a special discount code to help you get the right fit. Jax recommends measuring twice and ordering once.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We stand behind the quality of our products! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email hello@furpawlife.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll happily arrange a replacement or a full refund. No need to mail anything back!
Jax will supervise the investigation. He's very thorough, especially when packages are involved.
