Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at FurPawLife! We are proud to offer domestic shipping across the United States. 

Because every single item on our store is custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, our shipping process is broken down into two distinct phases: Production and Transit.

1. Production Time (Fulfillment)
Before your order leaves the facility, it has to be printed, cured, and quality-checked. 
* Standard Production: It typically takes 2–5 business days to custom-make your items before they are handed off to the shipping carrier. 

2. Shipping & Transit Times (United States Only)
Once your order has been carefully printed and packaged, it will be shipped via standard domestic carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL Innovation). 
* Standard Domestic Delivery: 3–6 business days. 

Total Estimated Turnaround
From the exact moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep, you can generally expect your package within 5–11 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. 

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your items are printed and a shipping label is created, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

Split Shipments
If you purchase multiple different items (for example, a custom t-shirt and a tote bag), they may be fulfilled by different printing facilities to ensure the highest quality. If this happens, your items will arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you, and you will receive tracking numbers for each package.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
FurPawLife is not liable for carrier delays, severe weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the delivery is out of our direct hands. However, if your tracking status has completely stalled for more than 7 consecutive business days, please reach out to us at hello@furpawlife.com so we can investigate and help make it right!
